u can bypass the separation period (3yrs) to go for divorce instead, imm after both you ROM for 3 full yrs. that's what happened to me. i refuse to sign her separation papers. we filed for divorce exactly on our 3rd yr ROM date. used unreasonable behaviour.

else it'd be 'marriage + 3yr separation', which'd take a longer time.

I always used Interbank transfer to pay my monthly due to my ex. Like that at least still got bank statement to back up my claims if there is any dispute.

One question one friend of mine was asking me but I don't know how to reply. Not sure if any relation to divorce or something.

Actually she moved of her husband/in law house after giving birth because the relationship with her husband and in laws are not good. But the father in law says he will make a police report if she leaves the house. So she asks me the police report is for what purpose, which actually I am not sure what purpose does it serve.
Any bros know the reason why?

Ever thought of asking for the account number? If she ask just say more convenient for you to do by interbank or on line transfer. So currently you paying all by cash? If so then better start asking her to sign proof of receipt.

I ever notice while waiting at the family court that there is some payment counters at 1st floor.. and somehow give me a feeling that maintenance fees can be pay through those means...

Try and ask your lawyer can they try to appeal for you based on pro-bono and only charged you for the cost of paperwork. The last time after I got bankrupt and wanted to appeal to lower maintenance, my lawyer did that for me.

Alternatively you can try to do the submission by yourselves but of course a bit more complicated. That what i did when i file my own papers to declare bankruptcy have to run around like crazy.

Cheap not necessarily mean good....... if want cheap might as well DIY...... better to spend a bit more for an experienced divorce specialist to try and get a favourable outcome so that you wun have to suffer in the long run.

father-in-law is PROBABLY trying to pull a fast one.

whats the purpose of the police report ? that he/she left the house ?

i suggest going to his/her nearest NPC and ask about it instead of getting the info from here. go to another NPC and ask the same question and you will probably get different answer.

my opinion pls don't quote me as i may be wrong.
during my NS days, i've attended cases like this, time and time again we are always reminded not to get involved with "family disputes", our job was just to calm the people involved, stop the shouting (noise population) and full-stop. if they still dispute then advice them to go to family court etc. Police can't do much if there's a family dispute / divorce cases. he/she walks out of house and goes back to his/her family... what can police report do ? a report is basically just to state that certain person did this/that. its some form of "proof" when filing for divorce. IMHO, walk out when you are READY to file for divorce.

my wife is constantly for her "ladies night"
almost daily bout 1 yr plus.. ask her more she snapped...
hence over the past 1 year i am taking care of my daughter with assistance froom MIL (stays with us)...

Ever since bought this house; every single freak bill comes under me - PUB, TV license, Constiuency fees, baby stuffs & renovation loan... etc etc..

even the child daily care is done by me - bathing, brush teeth, night bottle

I caught her with a TAXI driver who sent her home Daily . (I dunno if i can reveal the car plate)...
I asked him up n confronted him last month early morining; with 2 policemen as witness.
This bastard admits he has been seeing my wife past few months and he see nothing wrong in wooing my wife cos she claimed she see no meaning in this marraige.. he even challenge me to go for divorce and let her go cos i should not prevent her happiness... i mean WTF - u r the 3rd party and u r telling me what to do??

After sending him down to his taxi; she came back tell me she is entitled to half of my assets cos of women chapter if divorce.
She says if i wanna buy over her share; pay her cash $50K cos the taxi guy (so enthu) help her find out whats the market rate/ COV of my EA liao.

1) My girl is below 2, i heard family court will award to mums by default is tat true?? She nv cook 1 meal, prepare 1 bottle of milk and send her to school once!!!

2) Will court really award her 50% of whatever assets be it she contributes or not?? I spent so much effort in this house - deco design u name it.... even the renovation loan though is joint name i am the sole party paying..

3) Can i sue the bloody bastard?? What the f**K - see nothing wrong in wooing another person's wife and ask me to plan divorce?!!

Not unless you can prove that she has been neglecting her duties as a mother but I doubt your MIL (since she is staying with you all) will stand on your side to verify your claims.

Bro Steven sorry to hear about your plight...that motherfucking taxi driver is begging for a bashing but serve the best for last for him since he wants to play hero...since he want to support your wife then fine named him in your affidavit as the party that broke your marriage and ask judge to make him pay for all your cost.

If I am not wrong if you serve the divorce paper on her and put adultery as cause then this will stick with her.
