Fyi, GBW ladies have 2 different work system.

1 category is the regular ladies.... which means they are permanent staff of GBW.... eg 122, 133, 98, 168 etc. They have to show up for work like a regular employee (6 workday + 1 offday) and need to apply for leave if they want to take longer off day. These regulars are guaranteed a minimun xx number of jobs by GBW..... tats also why the captains always recommend these ladies.

The other category are the freelance or parttimers.... which means they can come and go as they please.... no need to apply leave... just need to inform GBW when they are coming in to work and show up before 2pm. 138, 198, 173, 90 etc....belongs to this category so the captains also do not know if she will be coming in that day.
