Tried last night, drank half a can while Man at Home took the other half.
Still got a bit of cough but wasn't as bad as yesterday.

Gonna go down to NTUC during lunch later to buy the sea coconut cough syrup. That somehow works for me 90% of the time.

Cold cough? you should carry a few slices of ginger when you are out. Have you tried Eu Reng Seng TCM ? Cough syrup only suppress your symptoms, and they usually make you drowsy the whole day.

Okay....Here's when a watch performed a miracle and decides to remain anonymous.

As I mentioned in previous post that I don't believe in coincidence......I was doing lunch with a friend in Orchard last week and my watch suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason. Since the service center was within walking distance of the hotel, I went to the center to let the technician to take a look at it. After taking my queue no, my active sonar pinged a target sitting at the far end of the sofa waiting for her queue no. I started to size her up admiring her rich shade of ebony hair as it flowed in waves adorning glowing, porcelain-like skin, and her miles long legs. She must have felt my emitting sonar pings cos she looked in the direction where I was, smiled and waved!!!! (my heart must have skipped a beat and I lost my moment there...) After making sure it was me she was waving at (looked at my left, right and behind), I went up to her..... .......***VOILA!!!*** She's someone I got to know during my recent trip but we didn't exchange our nos then....I was like: "Hey!, How have you been? What a surprise to see you here!!! I was just thinking of you the other day and felt bad we didn't exchange nos. She reached out her hand for my phone and keyed in her nos......and when we parted way, I whispered to myself letting out a soft cheerful "Wow", What a great coincidence! she turned and smiled: I know! .....With that naughty parting smile, my supposedly dead watch must have cheered with contentment cos the technician told me that there's nothing wrong with it and it's working fine till now

I can't take ginger, it's too spicy for me if taken raw. The max I can is ginger tea that's all. And I'm not taking western cough syrup. Sea coconut brand cough syrup is non drowsy.

Bro IK, like you I'm not a believer of coincidence but I believe things happen for a reason (cause and effect, karma). 

If meeting her during the trip (cause) is the effect of you traveling, then why you would remember her during the trip when you have definitely come across many others? 

And if meeting her again is the cause, what's going to be the effect?

If it's a chance, don't waste it.
