I agree alot of houses and ex-L2040 welcome them with open arms but currently not at H38

From my own observation usually the popular houses (2038 etc) or the higher CAT100 CAT200 houses will shoo them away. I see the less popular ones like 2030, 2032 will accept them. Som CAT80 also dont accept bangla WH04 or 02 i cant rmb the number exactly.
