Can try venus joo chiat. Guy go check in first. Later bring lady up and ignore the reception. Around 15 min after you check in. I try a couple of time, they never ask for NRIC. lol

Thank god I found this thread. Not that I didn't do my research, but the other results are from years ago.

Just go to any hotel that is quite crowded and busy, check in with either IC and the other meet at lift/room.
