No health check covers "everything". Even legal Geylang sex workers are only checked for a handful of sexually transmitted diseases viz HIV, Syphilis, Gonorrhea and Chlamydia.

There are a whole host of other sexually transmitted diseases that are not screened eg Herpes1 and 2, HPV (wart infection), Trichomoniasis, Hepatitis B and C etc.
