Your post on rep power is really clear and easy to understand ( layman terms).

Problem was someone told me ( not mentioning names here) that we can exchange the rep power/points for discount at MacDonalds or Burger King ???? Every point got 10% discount ..Those with rep power above 10 points, get paid for eating at the outlet... Damn easy to earn a living..that is why everyone fighting to get their point upped.....

Not only are you articulate in Chinese, English.. You are also an excellent organiser of gatherings for bros based-in or visiting Shanghai.. And you're a walking talking encylopedia of Shanghai.. with the what's hot and what's not, good food guide, street directory and even bus guide all rolled into one.. WOW!! Come to think of it.. you should be THE Organiser as you're the "lynch pin" that pulls and keeps all bros together! KUDOS BRO!!!
