I did angie before, all I can say is that the push up and sit up already killed me.. still have to push on for the squats and feel the lactic acid burning in my quads.

Then Post the timing here and the pictures of people dying on the floor...

I went there before, it's near my office. Nice gym, great setup and they even have a pool!

I don't talk too...

Never done circuit before. I can't do a single thing that the guy did in the video. Don't think I ever could. Amazing!

don't worry can always find replacement..

but you need to start with the fundamentals, all you need is a broom stick.
Overhead squat, squat, overhead press, hang clean, dead lift.. etc.

After you master the basic of these movements then you move on to circuits
let me know if you're interested.. then I can arrange something together with the logistics

Gonna start back training seriously already since I have the time now..
