Your simplification seem to make it sound more complicated leh. Really, your sense od direction is really jialat but luckily, you know at least a few places in CP like MIRATON, Hui Hua PZL, Chang Ping Laundry and I think Tommy Boy Cafe. Oh! And Hao Ji (豪记) Crab/Prawn Congee.
Frankly, not many people DO NOT know Federal Building lah. Even when you go to CP for the very first, you will definately visit Zhong Yuan Street, IMO - you are not observant and take note of your surrounding buildings, all that is on your mind is which PZL MM to pick, which/how many MM to pick later. I think it is safe to say that Federal Building landmark status is equivalent to MahBoonKrong (MBK Centre) is to Bangkok. You sinply can't missed this place as it is that prominent.

Ahh Boi,,,,I got the idea liao, so true, he is like that. Also you must add, when returning to his hotel at night, he will tell the driver PZL instead of the name of the hotel. During the day, where to meet, is always (KNN) PZL. Evening before going to KTV, he would say meet opposite PZL yet again.
