BTW, tried to visit this Office Pub in Telok Blangah House but it was closed during the afternoon (I was on 1/2 day leave) after work. Sigh... But definitely something interesting there or else there wouldn't be a Hotel Fragrance built around that area.

On my way out from the notorious tunnel of beggars by the Woodlands checkpoint on JB side, I noticed a few notice written in Chinese that they are hiring out girls to accompany tourists during their stay there. To not-so news-savvy bros, all Hotel 81s in Joo Chiat would undergo some changes. Namely: removal of transit services starting on New Year's Day 2009. So, if you were thinking of having a quick one for a midnight tryst to celebrate the "coming" of the New Year, plan to do it elsewhere.  Good thing Geylang is a stone's throw away!Due to recent heavy on-the-ball crackdowns, many old KTV joints have closed or toned down. Expect to get little or no action if thinking of cheonging these places without having to transfer venue for further "discussion". On a good note, expect an influx of our own homegrown FLs at afforable prices due to bad times and school holiday period. So, check out the chatrooms and chatlines when you are not so busy to unearth some good deals. Regionally... Malaysian Ringgit is at an all-time low at 2.48 to 1 SGD (check out the International Field Reports section on this forum)! Cross-border celebrations is definitely worth considering for festive bonking! Please PM bro eric_tan76 for this OKT in JB for some shiokness arrangement. Do up his points if he reply, hor! To budget bros who want to go Batam, Bintan or Balai during the holidays: try to refrain from doing so. Okay, I had this problem before...
Being in G-Land... without $$$! Last year was the worst time to find yourself without cash because 2 DBS ATMs were removed (namely the ATM in Esso gas station between Lor 21 & 19 and the ATM outside 7-11 between Lor 20 & 22). Currently, to my knowledge, there are still 4 DBS ATMs. Bros who forgot to bring their cash can check out these spots: 1) Aljunied MRT Station Exit facing Sims Ave- POSB ATM 2) Light brown colored building between Lor 25 & 25A facing Aljunied MRT- POSB ATM 3) Mobil gas station between Lor 24 & 24A facing Guillemard Rd- DBS ATM 4) City Plaza- DBS ATM For bros who bank with others: 1) Light blue colored building between Lor 19 & 21 beside renovating Esso station- OCBC ATM 1) Tanjong Katong Complex- UOB ATM Have money, get honey!
