Most shops that don't wear uniform are FJ ones, which you can find abundance -- e.g. the two shops along geylang advertised here, the ones in Sims place, etc, etc.
Got one along Tyrwhitt where the ML uniform is like JK school girls. Very good to molest the ML's tighs. But it is also a Fj shop, and I don't frequent anymore as the IMO-prettiest ML S***n kept pestering me to double fly her friend A**; and always cut short to 45 mins or less). However, I guess if you don't want FJ, you get to enjoy the non-uniformed.
A non-FJ shop I went to without unfiorm is the one along Jln Besar, the 2 MLs (CC and XY) I saw don't wear unfirom but shorts. Again, free access to their exposed tighs which I am sucker for (even more than boobs sometimes).
Another non-FJ shop will be the one at Race Course where the MLs wear Tang/Han dynasty dresses. Long dress, so cqan't accidentally touch their tighs during massage, but during special, I did rip open their dress to gain access.
