Ok, Must distinguish between HIV+ and AIDS. Just now was mixed up.
AIDS is the later stage of being HIV+, when you become really ill cuz the immune system cannot cope anymore. Its possible to recover from this very terrible state, as in AIDS does not mean confirm die. This reversal is simply actually just recovering from this lan lan stage. (the 100% asymptomatic, where they don't display the signs of being ill, rather healthy and happy)
But, the AIDS person will still be HIV+, HIV+ cannot be cured, cannot be reversed until HIV- (no cure yet)
Which is why, AFA nag ppl to go for testing. Early discovery of HIV+ means easier to manage, if wait until tio full-blown AIDS will be more difficult.
Sorry for the confusion. Hope its clearer.
