yes there are several that i know of...

they are located in BAUTISTA st. makati city. dont have the addresses though. but i do know how to get there. =)

i stopped getting from these "red" houses coz most of the time the service isnt so good. better to just hire an escort. =)

Hey Bro, like anything, it depends what you want to spend. You can find hot little gems for as little as p400 in the famous junquera district (locals can pay p200 ST). A little more classy (and safe) is the Silver Dollar bar next to the Robinsons Mall on Jones Ave near Mango. (Both are called Osmena on maps... but that doesn't stop the locals from calling them Jones and Mango). I think it's the best deal for the buck.

Finally, you can try Sunflower disco for higher class FLs, many koreans. It's in Mindaue, a cab from Downtown Cebu should run you about p100.

Many swear by other Mango bars as well as Mactan bars, but i've not been in them yet.

You can also ask the cabbie to take you to a higher class brothel than Junquera, but expect to pay p2000 or more ST. People speak well of Finland massage, but i dont know where it is.

Finally watch your pockets!! Dont carry your documents there, don't bring a cell phone you don't want to lose. You can buy a cheap used nokia on Pelaez between Colon and Sanciangko for p500 or so.... this way when it gets stolen (and it will!) it's no big deal.

I'm regular of Cebu...having worked there for some yrs...depends on ur liking;
1) KTV style - expensive but many many 9 - 10 girls...
Places: Jaguar KTV in Banilad (personal fave), Arena KTV near to the port area. All have VIP rooms and be careful about the cost and find out clearly what is to be expected..i once paid 100php (entrance), 1500php (room), 4500php (girl + free friend), 1500php (tips) and 1050 (ladies drinks for girls and mama san)...for 2 shots that lasts 1 hr...
2) Bars - Any bars along Mango Ave (General Maxilom Street). Must try Temptation Club, Vikings, BG's, Erik the Red...very asian friendly. My records very good and if u go to a particular bar and inform the girls about me, probably they know...haha...But expect ladies drink pressure and decent girls. Generally better on the petrol kisok side, avoid going on the opposite side of the road where Stars, Papilion, etc are, expensive and not-value for $.
3) Street action - downtown, Junquera area near the "basketball court". Small lanes and can ask drivers to bring u in...very scary cause the FLs will pounce on ur car and display their 'wares'! Not my taste...
4) Casa - Ask taxi driver to bring u to 'casa', their version of brothels, 1 famous one, near in Capitol...most drivers would know...
5) Massage palours - never been in one but Finland is in downtown, at Palaze (or something)...seen it from outside and the damn building looks like it's collapsing, i think massage and a few energetic bonks might bring the building down!
6) Disco - Pinoy girls love dancing, so just bring her to Sunflower (not my fave as there are more irritating K****ns) or Pumps (fave), small and loud music, drink and smoke and see cha bos!

General:
1) Safety
Cebu is very safe, but pls use logic and not to travel with bulging wallets filled with cash...my girlfriends told me it's safer to have a "Bar Hop" wallet. Just enough cash to fund your night of passion and a credit / atm card for any emergency top up.
2) Food
All OK!
3) Girls
Treat them with respect, on my records, i've a long term barfine (she eventually became my housekeeper in cebu and manila whenever i go) and 3 regulars in a particular bar in cebu (can't tell u, i get jealous...haha)
