I buy gifts, tips, treat them dinner and drinks only when wallet permits and works as strategy, ML unlocks her attitude, services and know a little bit more about them.

Sometimes my ML tell me she have already brought something and ask for sponsoring, I treat it as giving it to charity. But not something too expensive and fancy definitely. Will tell her I cannot meet my P&L if I over expenses.
