Correct! Contrary to what some falsely assume, not all Chinese FLs cater to chinese only. In fact, most do accept other races and it is only a small minority that exercise restrictions and this is their prerogative.

This small minority do not, however, make the playing field in anyway uneven. If you know where to look, you should be able find what you want. In fact, that makes the hunt even more interesting.
