I do comprehend the part about the durability of the flash memory.

However, from your above statement, ".. and if i knew about it at that moment of time ..", I really wonder how do you go about verifying or confirming, that such pics are indeed taken. You can't just walk up and enquire, right?

Suppose you strongly suspect me of commiting such an act, ... and given that I know I'm innocent, ... I'll NEVER hand you my mobile. Hell man, I wouldn't even be bothered with you. Hmm .. on hindsight, perhaps I might play along with you.

Then what's your next move? Call the cops on mere suspicion? Under such circumstances, given the embarrassment and duress I might have to endure, a counter-suit could jolly well be on my cards.

It's akin to a supermarket security staff accusing one of shoplifting, .. only to find no incriminating evidence.

Just my humble opinion. Nice to hear yours too thou.

Thanks for all your replies and I did get some insight of what should be done. Sorry I was way as my wife gave birth on Thursday morning and i was like running here and there...But IMHO, i think all these would depends a lot on individual, there are some (like us) who enjoys such V pics, but there are some who have not come to terms with their voyouristic self. Like what some bros mention, depend on the extend of the pict and the artistic value .

But in general, it all depends on the dressing of the "victim". As I was in town most of the days (as my wife was in Mount E), I saw many girls wearing skirts so short and flare that if a gust of wind were to blow, it would be RUN SHINE time.....also there are some who wear such low cut blouse and of such see thru' materials...really cannot tahan man....

I also saw some girls with super short flare skirt, but I really think bros here will gladly give her a miss as her legs are like the leg of billard table...

Thus there are 2 kinds of girls, those who want people to see but people don't want to see and the other kind who want people to see and people will see.
