If you count by the number of nerve endings, the ear and nose is basically just skin (i am just gasa here). So it will not be the same, there are millions of nerves in the vagina and of cos clit. Guys unfortunately dont enjoy that much cos ours are just not as sensitive. This is also the reason why bj is more enjoyable as there is more tickling sensation from the tongue.
