Anothrr alternative is u lactate urselc and bf urself by expressing it out. U can buy fenugreek and or domperidone. Domperidone is typically use for anti vomitting but side effect is lactating. So yeA.

LOL.... sour cream. I will donate those that my kid cant finish. Prevent freezer overload! Lol..
But honestly speaking, the smell is really horrible once it spoils. I once threw up smelling if. Hahahha.. ooops too much disgusting detail..

Found this and want to dedicate for u but keep forgetting. So busy u still BM, u r really noble. Alot of women cant be compare to the single mummies out there.

So sweet of you...

i not so noble la. If i noble i would have been able to do alot more for my child.. besides breastfeeding benefits the child way much more than the formula does. So bo bian lorrrr.. lol
