One of the other ways is to enable My location in your android or iphone which tracks down your wife movements. Once you have a lock on, move in a catch them red handed. but you must prepare for the worst and half the time, the problems is not just the wife, it is your goodself which brought about this so be aware of when 'the shit hits the fan'...

from someone like me who went through two years of nasty divorce all because i was stupid to believe that my ex-wife would stop cheating on me, and that i would stop cheating on her after i'm bored of other gals.....

the thing was my ex-wife, like so many women in real-estate/banking/insurance line, is addicted to host bars... love to tell their family they are working but took half-day leave monthly to go host bars to hang $$$ flowers on gigolos and get them to suck their nipples, tickle their pussies, and bang them hard.

even though both of us wanted to divorce each other of adultery, we didn't engage PI and naively though our video, voice notes, photos, smses would proof the case but sorry bros, our Courts don't buy that.

End result... use back the popular divorce clause to divorce immediately then woman salute the Woman's Charter while man bows to it.....

Counselling helps, but it will never erase the scars, you have to walk into all sessions with this in mind. The scars will be there, you can't erase it, but you must ask yourself if you can leave with the scars, if not it's time to end the marriage... Some counsellors do more harm than good, putting back a broken family without mending the damage and telling people these scars can be erased with time... such temp. job will cause the marriage to end nastier later. So engage a good counsellor, a good one costs more than a lawyer for good reasons.


Most importantly, if you're someone who cannot live with a scar, engage a PI now before it's too late to gather evidence. And such evidence is only valid for 6mths, i.e. you must use the evidence and fill for divorce within 6mths. If you're unsure if you can handle the scar, see a pyschiarist... any restructured hospital... $60++ only.

Yes, spouse can sue third party. My then mistress was served my divorce summons (or whatever that first document was) at the same time as me.

Yes. You can ask for damages and can also claim for reimbursement of the expense in hiring the PI. But this is rarely done. In most cases the estranged spouse just wanted a quick exit. Such application will lengthen the process and escalate costs.
