I know both Renee and Cai Ling have lodged a complaint to AV about 1637 OKT paying them in RMB instead of SGD and he would use his own rate instead of market rate to convert to RMB. Bro, when did RMB go up to 5.22 during the CNY? I must be asleep when that happen. The highest during that time frame was about 5.1 or so....I got to check my records, but I am really sure that 5.22 has not been around for a long, long time..

Now that Renee has gone back to China, I can tell you that their OKT asked them to set aside marketing budget during the Chinese New Year period. They were told to visit other OKTs to chio business. On the early days of CNY, they had to "pai Nian" the Other OKT and give big ang Pows to drum up business.

But the girls were not that happy as marketing budget came from them and there was some pressure to adhere. I guess every okt have their way of doing their marketing. Some use internet posters/FR, some get chio girls, some get commandos, some give training.

I didn't meant it was 5.22 during CNY. Should be 5.12. Typo error.

It took slightly more than 2 mths to strengthen from 5.12 to 4.85 in Jan.
Maybe I didn't state clearly. I cannot remember wheather it was Oct or Nov when it started to
strengthen towards 4.85 in Jan.

Some WLs' pay were in arrears for more than 2 mths over there.
