let me show you how inefficient you are as a bodybuilder:

1 tub of protein powder is 5lbs, which is about 2.3kg
70 servings means per scoop is about 33g

you have 8 scoops per day = 264g of protein per day from supplements
say you have 30g of protein per meal x 6 meals = 180g from food
total protein per day = 444g

although there's no real guidelines for protein consumption for this purpose, research has suggests that elite bodybuilders can consume up to 2-2.5g per kg body weight, anything more is excreted.

so if you are 90kg, at the elite level, your protein intake should be about 225g, that's if you're elite level. even let you have 3g per body weight is just 270g. 444 grams? com'on, whatever your body can't absorb, it will excrete out of the body, so it's money down the drain. absorbing the optimum amount, that's what i call, efficient.

steroids don't make you absorb more protein, it speeds up the protein synthesis in a 24hr period, excessive protein consumption in that 24hr period is excreted.

also, bodybuilding is for mostly for show only, rarely see any local bodybuilder who got real world strength, i've seen how your so called national bodybuilders train..... it's a fucking shame.......
