Yes, it is very difficult to quit at first. Have to got determination. For the past 1~2 months, I have been trying hard to refrain myself from chionging scene at GL, JC, pubs/ktv, FL, etc..

The first 2nd~4th week would be the most difficult period for me. Guess now I have passed my difficult period.

1. give excuses, keep a distant away from chionging kaki's.
2. park certain amt of monthly salary in the another bank and don't apply for atm card.
3. dont bring your credit card with you.
4. By controlling your own financial, no money how to chiong.

Guess after the difficult period, it would be more easier to control your urge. Can choose to chiong or dont chiong. Not like last time, die die must chiong.

but why quit when life is so short and you still have the ability to enjoy the action? I agree with the other bros that the best way to control cheonging is to have no control over your own finances.

Well, I guess the process is protracted and it will take a while to wean yourself from the "world" but it is possible.

I started as a blur newbie, started with KTV, TN then petain and GL joints then back to KTV then move on to FLs...but along the way, cut cut cut from cheong everyday to everyother day to once a week to now, when I have time...so perhaps one day, I will close the chapter.

Since we are all here to share, I share my side loh... few things led to this:

Now... status is sometimes I still get the urge so mostly, I go walk around Petain and TNs to see if anyone really catches my eye.. so far (Nope)

When my mood is really shitty and I feel like letting it out then I will ask for ctc loh, sms ONE person only and if no reply or time cannot match then forget about it.. How's that for denial.. hahaha

Most recently, I ask Haonan for KX ctc and well, next day she quitted for good liao so I was asking myself, Is this a sign that I should not...

So.. so far... so good, at least now, I limit my exposure to KC and dun spread my time so thin. Afterall, need to earn more money to invest. (I have shallow pockets)

It is really in you to decide, i still log on to read the FRs and thank god I still have urges after that but how I deal with them is another matter..
