Well, let's say that it did stop the thinning hair but it may not help to activate hair growth to its normal level. If you stop the medication, you will notice considerably more hair drop than normal.

On it's effectiveness, I can say that it actually does help hair growth at various places apart from your head!! It may work for me, but I am not sure how its affect is for you guys. One thing for sure is that it is not a miracle medicine. If you start the treatment, you are looking at consuming it long term!

Yes, PROSCAR is definitely cheaper than PROPECIA. A box of 28's Proscar will probably cost $125 while a box of 28's Propecia is $98. A lot of my friends are actually taking Proscar (splitting the tablet into 4) instead of Propecia because of the pricing.

But as what Bro Spud_Boy said, you really need to be very careful when handling the tablets. NOT to be handle by women, especially PREGNANT women as it may cause ABNORMALITIES of the external genitalia of the male foetus.

Regarding the decreased of libido, some of my friends do have this problem when others don't. But, they are now happily taking Cialis as well.

Right I had stop using propecia and my hair drops even more.....Dont know should I go back again? However propecia really lower my sexual performance....In diplema now..Wanna Bonk or hair???

I was advised about this too 3 years ago . . .so did not start on propecia . .
