I am a strong opposition against their treatment behind closed doors...i believe they are (in the law terms) put under excessive duress without their basic legal rights to a qualified legal consultant, not to mention, translator in non PRC cases. so is there a case here ?? my lawyer says there might be but i need to prove it...so one person's words against them?? i thought dun waste time...but if any bros feels that they wanna look at this issue together then maybe we can work something out no??

Try mine luck to deny. But the officer say if her statement dun tally will ask me back to the station. And i might get it for providing false statement. But if mine statement state i pay her money for the transaction. Then they have enough evidence to get her. They dun even need the girl statement.

This is my view, as someone mentioned earlier that as long as they did not catch in the act u r safe even if ur statement contradicted with the FL's statment for the following reasons provided you do not admit to paying the FL for sex.

1. There is no 3rd person to witness & testify that u did pay her for sex even if ur answer to Q3 & Q4 contradicted to her answers. It is her words against ur words. And u can keep denying that u never pay her as it was a mutual lust at first sight.

2. It is not a crime to befriend a tourist in a pub or club and have a One Night Stand in a hotel after a few drinks.

Don't think Bro Kerw did wrong by answering the questionnaire. Must admit if I kena I will also shrink and play ball especially in an unprepared situation. Not a matter if they take your words over hers but if statement different then they can make life more miserable for you. The law is ambiguous, prostitution is legal but soliciting isn't. So unless I'm missing something, they think there are women out there trying to earn a living but then not charging?

another thing to add, e other day i was coming back to sinkapore from jb trip, was stopped by mutherfarker customs n they found zinger burger and wanted to confiscate it, made me take my passport n go to room wif em

i was insisting all e way that i wanted to eat the burger, in e room i reasoned that in this world so many go starving n not right to destroy food, e guy was quite reluctant to let me eat(it was his meal time) but i told him even let me eat in toilet also can, he lan lan let me eat in his office!!!

called AVA to check n i was told that if customs took down my particulars and forwarded to AVA i could have been charged for this offence which is a max fine of $50k

lucky i finished my food and they just passed me back my passport w/o copying any particulars

i would like to add that the act of making u go to their room with your passport in front of everyone is to intimidate us, dun be fooled, just be calm act strong n they will wilt like pussies!

everytime when i suspected of raid, what I will do is to ask the fl to leave first and me go down 5 mins later, hopefully that can help

so far haven't kanna so don't have the exact experience to share.

During raids, u mean police can suka-suka break open doors & cheong into the rooms? What if open room wif gf, fcuk-buddy, or ONS wif gal acquainted in pub? knn, making out half-way they cheong into the room like this?

Or, some genuine budget tourists / visitors staying in these budget hotels, gotta kena question left-right-center, even bring back to police station, just because they are female foreigners?

I know of a friend who brought a FL to hotel at Lor 17 and the AV raided the room i.e. went up to the room and knock on the room. Asked about the relationship, lucky my friend knew this FL for a long time and was able to tell all information about this FL. In the end, AV bo bian but to let them go.

hmmm the raid won't be over in 5 mins wat...so even if you go down in 5 mins, and suey suey the FL bey gum wan you want to siam the raid and she cried rape, how?

I donno but will the local AV still protect the Sg men? I mean, is it sufficient to just refute her claims by saying "no lor, I paid her and she accepted it and then we did the deed" and then we are free to go home?
