I guess that is the dream of all the PRC girls here. They told me they wanted to buy a flat in their city and maybe start a small business.

Surprisingly, its not very expensive. Either i heard wrong or they miscalculated.
For a flat, about 20K rmb, for business about 30k rmb. Perhaps they wanna earn as much as possible and keep the rest as savings.
