You can try paragon club KL. It's sorta like thai club (hang flower) ends at 330am but you can bring the girls upstairs to KTV and party till morning 630am. It's new. We paid around $1168 or something for a small-med room, just two guys.

Girl was around $850/3 hours. Kinda expensive but alot of hot girls to choose from downstairs

Yes we spoke English, since they from Vietnam, Laos, Thai.

Some are better than others. Some speak mandarin too.
