Seems to be the following is what happened:

29 Mar - Afternoon

• Xabi in middle of session with Gin, landlord came.
• They misunderstood it is police, didn't know it is landlord.
• Backdoor locked, kan jiong like spider.
• Xabi ownself find exit route - cleared a wall or something (not sure how high, hope he didn't injure himself).
• Gin was stunned like vegetable.
• Xabi PM OKT from nearby hawker center (but not clear what was exchanged since no screenshot shared, for before 19:34 hrs)
