Is it possible to change currency at Dong Guan, Chang Ping? Not looking at hotels as hotels usually give shit rates.

i believe in china free $$ exchange is not allowed, and if u been cheated there u cannot report to police

Dun change in china changping always many fake rmb currencies and if not fake rate be terrible lousy anyway... Last year oct rate was 5.12 here cp one shop selling electronics said can accept sgd n exchange sgd to RMB at 4.88...

There are few shops selling I-phone cover n accessories which they can change currency. Its is located at 2nd floor of hua lun. Rates are much better than hotel rates...

Hi,
It is legal to change S$, US$, HK$ for RMB in major banks. It is legal but you need to bring your passport to get it done. Their rates are better than hotels.

with rmb doing at 4.78 & getting stronger, many sporns will have to balek from cp, ca, dg, zh, sz etc

You can bring along your atm card. 3000rmb max each time but subject to admin fees and x-change rates.

I like that. Rupiah now near 9000 to$1 sing dollar. Also many syt around16 to 22 years but browm and comuniactions slightly difficult. Batam only one hour away. Oh yes try to get wl, those selling phones at shopping mall they are mostly chinese
