Do you guys tip ladies after the deed?
Is it common to tip them?
If yes, how much(rm) is decent?
Also, is it different if lady is NL, Local Chinese, Thai, Viet, indo etc or not?
I personally think can don't tip, as I never hear/read anything about tipping at all. But i guess some guys do it just to get on the good side of the girl?
2) If no car, what is recommended way to travel from City Square to
Jalan Permas 10/1? By taxi?
3) What do thai ladies like to eat? Let's say want to dabao some simple food

1)Tip depend on you, if she provide good service than why not? Normally $10-30RM... Don't spoil the market by tipping $50 or $100. The $50 or $100 can be put into better use and wouldn't make sense if you tip them more than 20% of the service price.
2) Grab is the best option. Cheaper than Taxi, Taxi anyhow open price.
3) Very depend, Would suggest a thai food... Just put it as a example, What you like doesn't mean the girl will like especially is from different country. Maybe you can exchange wechat with the girl and ask nicely... Or simple, Just get thai food since they are from thailand

It's not a matter of spoiling the market. Most people tip because they think that because they tip, they are going to get better service from the gal the next time they visit her.
But let's be honest here...there are so many gals working in JB...I don't see the need to stick to just one unless she is the best you found and you really believe that you cannot find any better than her.
