Maybe I shared my experience last Friday... my ML gf suddenly called me in the afternoon asking me to book her a room as the police found her location in central Area B. She is not white card or tourist visa... Fast-forward

That night, she said just to get her a room for the night as the agents will contact her if there are other locations available. So we decided on a budget hotel and as we passed by H-81, I went in to check (my Gd, its still not cheap as its F1 night @ $129). As my gf has no valid ID, I checked in myself and declared I am staying alone. When my gf tried to join me, the 2 student look-like counter staff stopped her and reject as she does not have a valid ID...

So no choice we went out and saw another H-81 and V-Hotel opposite. I gave up on H-81 so we tried our luck on V-Hotel. I was able to register a room for myself and the staff do not stop any visitors. My gf was even able to extend the room and make payment simple telling my name and room number... Hope this helped...

Hi guys, I need some advice here.

My partner's holding a valid work permit, but she only has a photocopy of it (why the original copy is withheld by employer is another story). Is photocopied identification be allowed? I personally doubt it...but yea just wanna check if anyone has similar experience.
