Thats why earlier on I had stated it is better to be kiasu and not wise to cheong in the moment they open up as sure many hiccups & landmines

Yup taxi is definitely not cheap in vn. Rate not far off from sg rate.

Grab.. yup depends. Usually d7 to airport grab n taxi abt same price. 200 to 220k. Not much diff.

I'm flying into Hanoi next Sunday.
any bros can confirm if the health declaration is still needed? i heard it is no longer needed.
Also, do we still need to take ART test before flying back to SG? Singapore side say don't need.

SG to Vn only need ART can also do supervised ARR. Health Declaration Not Required.
Vn to SG - No test required. Just fill in SG Card and show vaccination status if they ask.

Very easy now compared to one week ago.
