So I looked it up and indeed the laws say you can not rent out your property for very short term.
However,… thee are no laws preventing guests staying in airbnb properties so if you rent it you are NOT breaking the law.

Well what ever rocks ur boat mate. Rich Aussies like u sure can engage reputable lawyers to help u fight the case and work around the laws or just pay the fines. Im just sharing the informations for the local bros who might not know they are breaking the law if they get caught in these kinds of places.
Most of the local bros here have families and wouldnt want their names or faces being published publicly in the local medias.
