Seems like nobody wants to accept that they agree for less than 200! However 150 is a very good price in this global economic downturn. Some agree to even lower with negotiation but give shitty service. Need to keep away from them.

Then I think you should not even post in here. Not many or all will go above the 150 range. This is due to a variety of reasons like our strong dollar, market rate and economic market.

So if you can't accept that price or our mindset then please by all means, go to HK, Aussie or where ever clients are willing to pay a premium.

Some even willing to accept a lower rate but turn in a crappy performance. With the Internet age, it will be a short term gain but long term loss. The choice is yours.

Apparently these foreign LBs love Singapore among many countries due to the demand which is quite high despite our small country, cleanliness of hotel and the country itself.

$150 is reasonable enough. I think most pple will either try to bring e price lower or reject totally if they were to charge more.
