Alternatively you can go to YuPing Ping Guan HC. Its located right in Zunyi Road.

From your hotel tell them you Tian Shan Bei Lu and Zun Yi Road lu kou. Turn right from the junction and you will see people selling some road side makan and you should find the HC after 20-40 seconds walking.
