On the topic of Delta, as someone noted, different delta's may have different structures.

I've been to a few deltas, and Cikarang Delta is the weirdest, they don't have sauna or anything, you can makan there, but then it's straight up for the massage.

Yeah man, they weren't wearing any badges or numbers at Starmoon the night I was there. There is a handful of bars and KTV spots around the horseshoe shaped "U" alleys of kota indah, all connected and maybe same owner(s).
