I had to wait recently on a Sunday quite some time at Marina South Pier, I saw soo many Indo and Filipina helper there, especially when raining they sit under the roof on the sidewalk towards the cruise ship terminal (sidewalk close to the waterfront) but also next to the MRT entrances.
