I think there are 2 new Viets but quite normal looking, will not be on my target list. One looks fair like a PRC but I doubt she is as she is in the same joint as Amy and Candy.

From what I was told previously by Yuki, if spotted in the same place as Amy then it's vietnamese as she said PRCs will not be stationed there. I not too sure how true it is, maybe some seasoned FC cheongster can confirm whether this assumption is accurate.
