Been to HCs a few times already. Would like to check if it's ok to leave a generic English name along with your authentic surname and NRIC number when registering? E.G. NRIC name is Tan Ah Beng. Can just put Charlie Tan (with real IC number) instead of full NRIC name? Would that get me into any trouble in event of an AV raid?
