Sorry that I am posting lesser here because of my old age and joints problem, so I am jogging less.

Swimming more and jogging less thus lesser comments.

Guys and ladies who often jogs, have you encountered knee pain after your long jog? Mine lasted for days le.

Those suffering from prolonged pain should stop jogging, unless they want an early retirement to a wheelchair bound kind of life. HAHAHA.
Have to put down the pride, it's not an activity you can do anymore.

I went through it. Both knees and ankles. That is why I switch to swimming.

Wondering if I am too heavy to jog.

Bro, besides swimming, you may also need to do more stretches.

The trainer asks me to do 30 min of stretches daily, especially on my back, and do more training on my core.

The key reason is that I am starting to hunch due to old age.
