This salon at Toa Payoh Vista Market, changed mgmt in Sept 2008. from outside saw the flyer got nail polish to facial. come in package, rather pricey. a few units away is Central Singapore Club 3R (stands for relax, rehab & recovery) & S'pore Assn for Mental Health. some members stalked around this block to while away their time. should give this place a miss, too open with many unemployed people loitering around. go Lor 8 or Kim Keat la, less people walking about during weekdays.
