OK, here's the deal. I've been lurking for some time now and only recently (in the last 2 months) made my first foray into the wonderful world of massage. Anyway, here's my problem (well, not sure if you call it a problem).

I am of mixed parentage, Chinese-Indian. Early 30s. Easily mistaken for a Malay. But I speak Mandarin, although not fluently. But I can converse, banter a little but definitely not a discourse on the TN industry in Singapore.

Question : Is there an unwritten rule amongst the PRCs not to service non-Chinese? Or are they less inclined for whatever reason not to? Better still, do you know of non-Chinese friendly outlets? From the many FRs, the PRCs seem to come out ahead in friendliness and attitude, compared against the locals and other foreigners and I am pretty keen to try out more of them.
