seems like experience differs maybe they got a customer rating system or something. i book her 2 weeks ago for first visit. but prior have been trying to book her many times easily 5-10 times, but because i always last min usually can't find slot. But every single time she did replied with the SOP slot full please try again later msg she will also suggest a timeslot for me in the reply. And once never reply for a whole day, later in the evening she also msg me say she took a day off nvr bring that phone out sorry never reply. All these before i emet her.

For MLs who are here for a short period, they normally dun take numbers with negative records or unrecorded numbers.

So usually if you can't get replies for a long time, then you need to do some cleaning up.
