For oil massages, Ecxel 5th floor Top Spa is open. New spa, decent rooms and most of the girls are from 3rd floor Nawarat Spa. They use same name. So if u want to look ur girl from 3 rd.floor can try your luck at 5th floor.

White Kiss spa at Time Link Condo is open as well. They have 4-5 girls.
