Was at LI last nite when plainclothes Police officers came in to check the joint at about 0230hrs.

The GROS left via the rear exit before they came up.

After they left, no GROS came back.....spoilt the fugging fun for us.

It seems that checks on Thai joints are quite frequent recently.

I hang around Thai joints for nearly 2 years now but that night was the first time I seen a Thai joint being checked.

To be fair to them, they did not "disturb" the customers. Lights were not switched on and we were allowed to visit the toilet.

Only a group of patrons were brought out of LI and asked for their particulars downstairs.
