Most of the cinema chairs at the rim deserted.
Some customers at left hand side sofa area, one bigtimerparty in central area sofa.
The other 3 empty sofas no customers seating, most likely "reserved".
i.e. until you say you want to throw $$$.
....because big client also have other HFJ boss/singer wanting to entice them over. Small player though many to take care but when big fella suddenly disappear, he still got 7~9 of the small fella coming back. Also 10 small fella is likely to open more bottles than 1 big fella, and 10 small fella also give more 人气 to the place. This type of bosses I like.

By that time all small timers also gone because the KTV operator offended them by his dismissive attitude when bigtimer was still around actively supporting.
Seems like nobody is divulging individual singer's juicy gossips. Maybe that's a good thing to these singers coz the last I heard from some frens still chionging there that I am being "hunted" by the singers for saying too much here. I think so too so that's why I retire from both DC and this thread for the past few months.
Haha, sorry you are so hunted, your insights certainly saved me some money there! This year I have only seen DC's singers after KTV, not sit in hall or bar for long time myself. Although when I go XZ it's also just to relax over a few beers vs downing whiskey with MMS at KTVs, I know it's fruitless to chase their singers

Always a Q of one's man's meat, but I do think lately XZ has several cute singers, unless you are referring actually to their singing! In terms of bar seats (cinema chairs), I like them b/c they are soft comfortable seats in contrast to HC and DC, and you get really good view of the chio singers who sit with big customers in the centre!
Nowadays I find a lot of the smaller joints mushrooming around the island more fun and cost effective.
Get to avoid all the big spenders and sometimes can find gems among the singers at these small joints. If lucky, the quality of girls can match the bigger joints' with less attitude too. Their expectation for flowers also not so high and get less competition for their attention.
End of the day, still from the same source and bounded by the same unreasonable contracts. These girls are generally forced to work everyday and appreciate good customers a lot more than bigger joints.

I know you know almost all the (at least older) joints, have you tried going back to HK Palace lately? Still has large # singers (30+), including some successful at other joints like DC but had to leave due to argument with boss, but many are leaving cause biz so bad. So means better chance to catch some in need of help! I don't like their dark setup with low ceilings, but will likely make another visit when I can to whether truly many damsels are in distress and need a knight

yes, recently went to HKPalace, 30+singers, quite chio,, met 1 old friend who ever work in a small joint..came back..haha.. cannot remembered her, but she can recognise me.. anyway, nice place and cheap place to hang out for the time being.. DC, HC or XZ are not my league - sorry, only go to very

Ha ha, another man doomed to hunting HFJs! I am also quite curious where. The only one I know is Tang, which is in basement of Adelphi building, across from Funan. Earlier mentioned is Club 188, which is in Balestier Point, around 20 singers there, some cuties, though I suspect each of the cuties already has bf. There's something like GeCheng Gesomething (I forget), very small place on Bencoolan near hotel 81, across from food court, around 12-14 singers, there's 2 in Paradiz Centre on 4th and 5th floors, both a bit dingy but certainly falls in cheaper category! There's also XingGuang / Starlight in Cuppage Plaza, 5th story, around 15-20 singers. Lastly I walked by a small place on Merchant Road (think it was part of Merchant Square), but was w my wife so don't remember name--was too busy listening to her derogatory remark about the 2 singers, one dressed quite suggestively, outside, .
