Sharpshooter is just one of the members of the army Section designated to be trained as a Sharpshooter (but he is not a Marksmen) machiam one of them is trained to be the Sawgunner in the Section, Marksmen have to be attained at the range then you can be called one

Another example is that you can be trained as a Sniper but still not a Marksmen cos there is another higher grade called the Sniper Marksmen to be attained at the range
