Sibei heng to win this one ! Burnley played well! Lallana shd be back to normal the next few games! Looking good tonite! Pool played well but I thought burnley played better! Pool shd poach their defend coach !

What a finish to the game!!! Liverpool have big problems with teams such as Burnley. It was shameful to watch how Burnley teased Liverpool and almost steal 3 points!!! Can the blue Everton help Liverpool and give Klopp a hand?!?!

Nearly blew it by not getting a second but luckily it arrived at the death to grab all three points, thanks to Klavan and Lovren, surprise surprise

Always nice to beat Burnley, especially away

Squad rotation working - plenty to do today for Adam Lallana and he was really effective today, both ends of the pitch

King Salah didnt play and little magician was rested and we still dug out a fiesty win!!

Excellent results this week, a very happy start to 2018

Some one said how close is Burnley? Now 10 pts gap.

Liverpool is closer to 2nd and 3rd placing. Gap is just 4 to 5 pts.

The Reds got a better result than they possibly deserved. Grind out a last minute winner with 7 changes and only 1 of Fab 4 starting, good win in the end.

Finally the centre backs helped the reds to win 2 extra pts instead of always losing that 2 pts with errors. 2 CBs deserve some recognition for getting the winner.

Agree it was a lucky win
Considering the balance of play and chances, draw would have been a fair result.
I guess when we saw the ‘shocking lineup’ many of us must’ve mentally prepared for worst.
True enuff play was scrappy
Misplaced passes aplenty
And it was like seeing strangers play for the first time together

Plus points:
Lallana had a good game, incl the goal-saving tackle
Mane tho sluggish at times took his chance n scored a great goal
Defenders Klavan n Lovren might have felt the threat of VD, redeemed themselves with a surprising match winning performance!

When the team is in 1st place after 38 games then then fans can jump. Now is the time to stay on the ground because the reality is Liverpool is still 4th. One small slip like Gerrard and Liverpool will be out of Europe next season!!!

It is about time the centerbacks start scoring some goals in the right direction .

Success is measured by the number of titles you win. Celebrating the fact we struggled to win Burnley shows how far this club has fallen back.

We cannot use the reason that the season is in the early stages. 22 games are played in the league with 16 games to go which will be very costly if we lose focus.

Arsenal and Tottenham are very close to us and have games in hand too. We are well known to crack under preasure so we need to be humble and get the job done.
