i am dtac prepaid user... and i have autoroam in sg. I receive sms free, and the person sending the sms from thailand also charged local rate(cheaper compared to intl sms).

i bought it from road side stall. The name should be DTAC HAPPY. But u should be able to buy it from most places i guess.

After getting ur card, can call the customer service to activate whatever u want.

I meant all the happy services lah some services can only be activated after u have had the line for min 90 days. I particularly like the service who allows u to extend the validity of ur Sim till max of 365 days, for about 24 or 30 baht fee. Very useful

of cos after that u can activate whoever u want to happy too

If I am not mistaken, it is a voice mail....leave your message for him to call you back. He/she could be offline or our of service area.
