Generally from my experience so far, Chinese ML are better in hard massage with finger pressing and rubbing. Viet tend to be more gentle and sensual.
Personally I have a soft spot for viet as most are really pretty.

PRC - Money talks but u hit the right notes, tune the same frequency, then is feelings liao...FOC. Language also no barrier.

Viet - Many starting to carrot, sharpening their knives, language barrier if they don't speak English, Mandarin is ji teh ji teh...under dark light conditions, use hand signals also cnt see and understand...i tend to siam them.

really is 50/50... sometimes you get damn jialat viets.. sometimes u get damn jialat prc..

generally some may feel prc jialat because there are in fact more prc masseuse than viets..

all money minded.. but one think i dont like about prc is.. you let you touch but dont let you near the pepe.. lols.. viet a little more easy on that..

nowadays u usually find good pretty viets in those 88 massage shops.. then outside roaming nia.. pretty but not so fun..

had a fair share of good prc and good viets.. so hard to say.. hahahha
