The location is on 2nd (or 3rd) floor I think, right in front of the escalator as you go up, there is a passage that leads around , behind the main shops. You walk in the passage and turn left. At the left corner, there is one, and further down the passage there is one on the right. If you continue walking, you will see a tattoo parlor as you turn left again.
